Electrical Estimator - Design and Construct

From warehouses, aged-care facilities, office buildings, taverns, community centres and sporting precincts, we power some of the region's most important infrastructure.
We're now seeking anElectrical Estimatorto join our team and play a key role in delivering complex, high-value Design & Construct projects.

In this role, you'll prepare detailed, competitive tenders for commercial and industrial electrical projects ranging from$250K to $5M.
You'll work closely with our in-house Electricians, suppliers and project stakeholders to develop accurate and professional submissions that support our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
Review & interpret drawings, specifications & project documents to determine scope
Collaborate with internal designers & external engineers on load demands, cable sizing & system requirements
Ensure compliance with lighting & emergency lighting standards
Assess project timelines, risks & client-specific requirements
Work with our Director & Construction Manager to shape tender strategies
Attend site visits & pre-construction meetings
Ensure all submissions meet Australian Standards, client specifications & safety requirements
Maintain clear, detailed documentation for estimates & revisions
About You
Electrical trade qualification or Electrical Engineering degree
Proficiency in SimPRO, Microsoft Project & Microsoft Office
Solid understanding of Australian electrical codes, standards, and systems
Strong analytical thinking, accuracy & problem-solving ability
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Ability to work autonomously & thrive within a collaborative team
