What to expect
- Customer Service: Impress our guests with your warm, engaging, and speedy service, turning every visit into a memorable and delightful experience.
- Service and Order Handling: Efficiently capture food and drink orders, collaborate with your team to get them to the kitchen or bar, and deliver the goods with speed, all while keeping the energy high and the vibe fun!
- Menu Knowledge: Master our menus so you can wow our guests with spot-on recommendations and make their experience truly memorable!
- Team Collaboration: Work alongside our kitchen crew, bartenders, and all-star colleagues to create a seamless, productive, and high-energy work environment!
- Cleaning Duties: Keep the vibe fresh and sparkling by handling routine cleaning tasks.
- Event Support: Jump in to help with special events and functions — setting up, serving, and clearing with energy.
About You
You will need to fit in with our groupwide values of C onnected, A ligned, R espectful, E ngaging and S upportive.
Passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest feels valued.
Thrive in a lively hospitality environment with a can-do attitude.
Love working with others and always ready to lend a hand to your teammates.
A high standard of grooming and presentation.
Currently hold, or willing to obtain an RSA, RSG and Food Safety Certificate.
Flexible availability, particularly on evenings and weekends.
Experience as a barista? That’s a big plus!
