About the Role
The Corporate Store Coordinator plays a crucial role in training, mentoring, and developing team members across our bakery cafés. This involves ensuring the customer experience is consistently delivered in every store.
This role works closely with Store Managers to drive operational excellence, support store performance, and provide hands-on guidance to strengthen customer service, product quality, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit stores regularly to assess service, product quality, compliance, and operational standards
* Coach and develop Store Managers to lift leadership capabilities and team performance
* Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
* Review and optimize labour scheduling, stock management, ordering, and waste controls
* Analyze KPIs and P&L performance to support stores in achieving targets
* Deliver training programs across customer service, food handling, operational standards, and new systems
About You
To succeed in this role, you will require strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Confidence in analyzing financials, KPIs, and operational reports is also essential.
You should be able to train, mentor, and influence teams across multiple sites. A proactive and organized approach is necessary to meet the demands of this position.
A current driver's license and ability to travel intrastate frequently are also required.
