Client Services Executive - Media

Forbes Australia is looking for a Client Services Executive to execute 360 degree media campaigns across print, online, video, thought leadership and events. This is a critical role that will support our commercial team to deliver on key strategic initiatives, benchmarks, reporting and KPI's and manage all elements of the client relationship post sale.
Responsibilities
* Build enduring relationships with a diverse range of high profile clients.
* Closely manage senior stakeholders to support the effective delivery of client deliverables.
* Accurately and efficiently support client campaign management and process all IOs.
* Work with marketing teams to meet campaign deadlines, ensure all campaign collateral and materials are promptly and accurately coordinated.
* Collaborate with various teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
* Review daily layouts of contracted clients to ensure advertising meets agreed parameters.
* Create media decks for sophisticated advertisers, including analysis and ROI demonstration.
* Provide strategic insights to media and advertising clients seeking clarity and expertise.
* Contribute creative ideas to enhance client delivery.
Experience
This role is the linchpin to client retention, requiring phenomenal attention to detail and a sense of urgency in managing complex and intricate customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
* A strong working understanding of the traditional print and online publishing landscape
* Customer service and relationship building skills along
* Data analysis and reporting
* Sense of urgency combined with high attention to detail
* Strong (verbal & written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
* Advanced computer skills will be a key advantage.
* Ability to work autonomously, within a team both onsite and virtually
* Digital marketing experience is preferable but not essential
