This role is essential to the service process, ensuring that our wind farms operate efficiently and safely. You will work as part of the broader Service Scheduling team while also collaborating independently with site teams to deliver clear and effective planning outcomes.

The Vestas Wind Service division provides maintenance and scheduled services to our products on client-owned properties. These wind farms are required to meet agreed KPI's regarding output, downtime, running cost and safety/environmental responsibilities. This role will be based out of either Wambo, Dulacca, Mount Emerald, or Kaban Wind Farm, depending on the successful candidate's location.

Responsibilities

* Balance all assigned territory orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
* Service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to demand
* Tools, parts & services are planned and monitored on time before crew mobilization
* Crew schedules are managed on a day-to-day basis
* The service schedule is aligned with the obligations in service contracts
* On-time communication to crews, and partners is guaranteed
* KPIs and PPIs related to Planning & Scheduling are balanced and under control

Qualifications

* Bachelor's in Engineering or any equivalent degree
* Technical understanding and planning will be essential for success in this position
* Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Salesforce

* To be successful in this role you will be required to relocate to the Wind Farms' area or already reside there
