What we need
We are seeking an experienced Structures Foreman for a landmark 22-level luxury apartment project at the southern end of the Gold Coast. The project, starting at the end of May, includes 4 basement levels and 22 levels above ground, with scaffolding to level 6 and façade screens from levels 7–22.
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will oversee all structural works, manage subcontractors, and ensure high-quality delivery on time and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage all structural works from basement to top-out
* Coordinate and lead subcontractors and on-site teams
* Ensure works are completed in line with drawings, specifications, and programme
* Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and site compliance
* Monitor progress and report to the Site Manager
* Resolve site issues promptly to keep works on schedule
* Ensure scaffold, formwork, and façade systems are correctly installed and managed
Key Requirements:
* 5+ years’ experience as a Structures Foreman on mid to high-rise projects
* Experience in the Gold Coast / SEQ market highly desirable
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
* Strong leadership, communication, and site management skills
* Ability to drive programme and hold subcontractors accountable
