Financial Operations Assistant

Job Summary: Assist the Financial Controller with day-to-day duties in financial operations, managing financial records, and conducting internal audits.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Financial Controller in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for management review
* Conduct regular internal audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
* Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
