We are looking for a special someone who is truly passionate about Nursing Recruitment and exceptional customer service to provide that extra level of attention to our applicants, existing members & clients.
This role requires someone with a high level of attention to detail, a great attitude, unrivalled work ethic and passion to contribute to supporting our healthcare industry.
We welcome applicants with a current AHPRA registration or experience in the Healthcare or recruitment sector. Having said this, we are recruiting for culture fit so are totally open to your background - as long as you have the right attitude, this role might just be perfect for you.

- Phone screening potential new members (Nurses and Carers).
- Providing support to new members to ensure they are ready to book in for shifts.
- End to end management of a members compliance portfolio to ensure they can work.
- Working to (very manageable) KPI's.
- Supporting Caring for You at industry events / conferences / presentations for university students.
- Ad hoc project management.

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**
- Recruitment experience would be helpful, but we are open.
- Great work ethic and organisational skills. Attention to detail is very important.
- Experience in using different software programs (though we will train you).
- Excellent accuracy and numeric skills.
- You must love working within a team but are just as happy to work autonomously.
