About the Role
As a Home Support Worker, you'll provide in-home support that helps older people maintain independence, wellbeing, and social connection. You'll assist with daily activities, promote comfort and safety, and make a genuine difference every day. Ideally you will be working in the local region you reside in.

What we are looking for
• Compassionate, respectful, and engaging with older people
• Able to read and interpret client support plans
• Available to work 20+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, 7am–7pm
• Reliable, registered vehicle to travel between clients' homes, including transporting clients with mobility challenges
Essential Qualifications and Checks
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• National Police Clearance (Aged Care)
• Current driver's licence
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment medical
