Your role at St John of God Mount Lawley Hospital
We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Administration Officer (Engineering) to join the SJG Mount Lawley Facilities Management team.
The Administration Officer (Engineering) supports the Engineering department with administrative and reception tasks and is responsible for ensuring the operational status of the site(s)' assets to meet operational requirements, SJGHC's obligations with respect to Australian Standards, relevant regulatory and licensing requirements in a best practice and cost-effective manner.
This flexible part time role offers 3 days of work per week, with you choosing the days you would like to work. The family friendly hours of work are between 8am to 4pm with access to SJG training benefits should you wish to hone your skills.
The Position
* Job planning and coordination of reactive maintenance tasks (electronic work requests) in a computerised maintenance management system (Oracle ERP) involving regular interaction with the Facilities Manager, Engineering caregivers, ward managers and contractors / suppliers.
* Job prioritisation based on the priority allocation table.
* Manage the Engineering Service Mailbox and all new work requests and backlog management
* Escalate major breakdowns (affecting loss of function/potential business interruption to Facilities Manager.
* Ensure the technical completion of job in CMMS and data management of CMMS.
* Investigation/follow up of Supplier service reports.
* Management of all documents in data management system as well as utilising the Analytics Portal to run KPI reports and other departmental reports as required for review by Facilities Manager
You will have demonstrated experience in a similar role, Hospital and/or Commercial building maintenance management and job coordination, and you will be proficient in the use of a computerised maintenance management system (CMMS). Your knowledge of buildings, building practices and Australian Standards will stand you in good stead.
In addition you will be highly organised with the ability to identify work priorities and meet deadlines. You will possess highly developed interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to develop stakeholder partnerships and establishing and maintaining reliable networks.

* Salary: $74,627 to $78,011 (pro-rata) plus 12% superannuation
* Permanent part-time position working 22.8 hours per week
