Candidates will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations across multiple platforms, including phone, email, and online channels. They will also contribute to the development of effective strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

* Possession of over two years' experience within Hotel Reservations Management;
* Excellent communication skills (written verbal);
* Demonstrated knowledge or training in Opera PMS;
