Executive Officer Position
This is a highly respected role that requires a high level of leadership, strategic thinking, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the Executive Director to identify business priorities and actively support the group's strategic direction
* Supervise and oversee the operations of the RSP Group Executive Unit and manage the performance and day-to-day activities of the Executive Assistant and Executive Support Officer
* Work closely with RSP staff to develop and maintain business systems which ensure the groups accountabilities and functions are met
* Coordinate reporting and advice on the RSP group work program for the Executive Leadership Group, Project Management and Transformation Office, and Corporate and operational plans including performance measures
Requirements:
* Experience leading a team and/or working with executives and across organisations
* A high level, or the ability to quickly acquire, understanding of the Commission's role, its strategic objectives, processes and people
* Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Ability to communicate with influence and work collaboratively to resolve complex issues
* Strong organisational, business, administrative and IT skills and experience in developing and managing reporting solutions
* Experience and skills in project management or willingness to acquire

* Salary offered will be between $118,588 - $135,251 per annum depending on skills and experience
* 15.4% superannuation will be paid
