Facility Manager – Regional NSW
We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager for a permanent opportunity in Regional NSW.
You'll be joining a leading not-for-profit Aged Care provider well established in NSW. This business-critical position will be responsible for supporting, coordinating, and collaborating with a large interdisciplinary team including registered staff, carers, and other healthcare team members.
This position is based in Regional NSW.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate and lead the team to oversee Continuous Improvement, OHS, and Training programs, ensuring care standards are met.
* Work with medical and allied health professionals to support positive care outcomes.
* Provide recommendations and coordinate referrals to specialists following clinical assessments.
* Monitor AN-ACC reviews and ensure accurate documentation to optimize consumer care funding.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
* 3+ years as Facility Manager (or similar) within Residential Aged Care
* Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, Code of Conduct, and Charter of Resident Rights
* Exercise initiative relating to organisational policies and procedures
* Satisfactory national police check
* Successful candidates will have permanent Australian working rights
