The role

Brief Description
As our new Senior People Systems Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting and maintaining our People & Culture systems. You'll work closely with the People Systems Manager and team to keep our HR technology platforms running smoothly, resolve issues, assist with system-related projects, and contribute to process improvements that enhance the employee experience.

What Experience You'll Bring
* Minimum 3 years' experience in an HRIS or People Systems support role.
* Strong knowledge of HR systems (experience with UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday preferred).
* Proficient in data navigation, report generation, and user support.
* Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
* Effective communication skills, able to explain technical issues simply.
* Ability to prioritize, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively.
* Proactive and adaptable with a solutions-focused mindset.
Desirable
* Experience with UKG Ready or similar cloud HR systems.
* Support for cross-functional teams or HR projects.
* Understanding of data privacy and compliance.
