The Foundation Database Officer plays a crucial role in the Community Relations and Development team as a specialist in data management and segmentation, data integrity and gift processing and reconciliation.
The Foundation Database Officer is a critical role responsible for the integrity, management, and strategic utilisation of the school's donor database. This position ensures the accuracy, security, and accessibility of vital information, enabling effective fundraising, donor relations, and reporting. This role will be the primary point of contact for database-related inquiries and issues, and they will be responsible for identifying and implementing improvements to data management processes, workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The role is a part-time, ongoing position involving thirty (30) hours per week between 7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a half-hour lunch break.
This position will commence on Monday, 28 July 2025.
