The Role:
As a Project Coordinator, you will ensure quality and timely project delivery by creating project schedules, repair methodologies, compliance requirements, and cost-effective budget control for clients.
* Consistent and accurate administration and project management of allocated jobs
* Organisation, scheduling, and budgeting of allocated projects working with key stakeholders, supervisors, contractors, and suppliers
* Cost management and cost control of all contractor and supplier invoices
* Strong focus on client service level requirements and delivery time frames
* Liaising with all stakeholders ensuring efficient communication and regular updates
* Promoting a safe and WHS compliant workplace
Essential Skills:
* Experience in domestic and commercial construction project management (highly desirable)
* Thorough understanding of the construction process, methodology, critical inspection points, required statutory compliance, and WHS compliance
* Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards and State legislation
* Track record of establishing and maintaining long-term relationships/accounts
