About us
CRANAplus ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality primary healthcare to remote and isolated areas of Australia. We are a grassroots, not-for-profit, membership-based organisation that has provided nearly 40 years of education, support and professional services for the multi-disciplinary remote health workforce.
The role
The Administration, Customer Support & Logistics Officer supports the smooth delivery of education programs by coordinating course administration, customer service and logistics.
The successful candidate will blend strong organisational skills, stakeholder support and hands‐on coordination to ensure participants, educators and equipment are in the right place at the right time.
Initial key focus areas include:
* Support education programs end-to-end with high-quality admin and logistics coordination
* Be the first point of contact for participant enquiries, enrolments and refunds
* Manage waitlists, reserved places and course admin to maximise attendance
* Coordinate stakeholder tasks like purchase orders, invoices and enrolment records
* Organise timely freight bookings so course equipment arrives on schedule and as needed
* Assist with course equipment prep, stock processes and facilitator resource distribution
What we're looking for:
* 3-5 years experience in a similar administration role
* Culturally safe, respectful and inclusive approach (including with First Nations peoples and communities)
* Strong computer skills (Microsoft apps and data systems)
