The Role: Cook
* Cook delicious, healthy and nutritionally balanced meals using our Nido Menus.
* Purchase food and supplies for the kitchen.
* Ensure dietary and allergy requirements and restrictions for every child are supported by having thorough knowledge of risk minimisation and communication plans.
* Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times.
What You'll Bring
* Certificate II or III in Commercial Cookery - desirable.
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate - required.
* Experience working in a childcare or aged care setting.
* Valid WWCC.
* Strong understanding of allergens and dietary requirements.
* Please note: Any candidate employed from 1 April must provide a certificate confirming completion of the Federally mandated 'National Child Safety Training' via Geccko, or must be willing to obtain prior to employment.
