Role Description: Are you passionate about leading transformative technology strategies? We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team.

Location: Perth, Australia

Salary: AUD 150,742–171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities

* Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery covering Cloud, Hosting and Network capabilities
* Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022
* Configure and troubleshoot Windows patching using SCCM and WSUS; troubleshoot Windows Update issues
* Configure and troubleshoot Windows file servers/DFS Namespaces; migrate file servers to newer OS
* Manage Windows DHCP server scopes/failovers and Windows DNS servers
* Manage large Windows infrastructure in Physical and Virtual environments
* Firmware upgrades using management controllers (Dell iDRAC, HPE ILO, HPE OneView)
* Expert knowledge on Microsoft troubleshooting, OS hardening, and vulnerability assessment
* Experience with hypervisor and compute virtualization technologies (VMware, vCenter, vSAN, NSX, Microsoft Hyper-V, etc.)
* VMware vSphere upgrade, P2V/V2V migration, server migration, and PowerShell scripting
* Design and implementation of Disaster Recovery solutions with VMware SRM
* Troubleshooting ESXi servers via Command Line
* Experience with server platforms (Cisco UCS, HP, Dell, IBM)
* Performance issue resolution and major outage handling; performance tuning
* Cluster creation for HA and DRS; resource pool configuration, VMotion, alerts, NTP
* Snapshots, cloning, cold/hot migrations; template creation and VM deployment
* Active Directory design, implementation, and maintenance; DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, GPO management
* Azure AD, DNS, DC, OU, GP, DHCP management
* Secure remote administration of domain controllers and infrastructure
* Group policy management at root domain and Domain Controllers OU; root users/computers OUs
* Plan and manage migrations and upgrades related to AD or DCs; GPO creation and troubleshooting
* AD replication issues troubleshooting and LDAP configuration
* Directory authentication and DNS/DHCP management issues

Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Cyber Security Policy, security standards, and providing Tier 3 support for ADFS, SAML, SSO, OAuth, PKI and Azure AD authentication technologies.

Essential

* Tertiary qualification in IT / Computer Science or related discipline
* Windows Certification preferred
