We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
* Lead, train, roster, and supervise staff to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
* Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely orders.
* Oversee food safety, hygiene standards, and compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Implement cost control measures to maximise efficiency and profitability.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and grow the business.
* Prepare operational and financial reports for management review.
* Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and community engagement activities.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a cafe or restaurant management role (preferred).
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage budgets, rosters, and operational targets.
* Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, WHS, and food safety compliance.
* Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
