About the opportunity:
We currently have a vacancy for a Retail Activation Specialist. Reporting to the Retail Activation Manager, you will possess the natural ability to sell a broad vision and engage people along the way through strong strategic agility and the ability to deliver for today whilst strategically planning for tomorrow.
The successful candidate will be agile, adaptable and quick on their feet working to create strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will be passionate, dedicated and committed to marketing and communications with a great attitude that embraces a positive work culture and a healthy work ethic.
Responsibilities:
* In line with commercial objectives, leverage consumer insights to execute instore pain points, maximise disruptive campaigns, support new product launch and existing category performance to build brand consideration and new user acquisition within our Authorised Retailer network.
* Execute trade activation priorities aligned to the overarching product category strategy and the broader marketing plan.
* Deeply understand our products, promotional plans and in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, develop and facilitate the execution of Category Marketing led programs.
* Develop a sound knowledge and understanding of customers and competitors in the market to identify risks and opportunities to best leverage these for Milwaukee.
* Being able to understand how an execution can result in the best outcome for the brand, with, with ROI being front of mind.
* Work within allocated budgets to maximise Milwaukee instore strategies.
* Deeply understand our Retail partners and create tailored approaches to achieve mutual objectives.
* Entrench yourself within the product to determine how to best leverage the Milwaukee point of difference.
About you:
* Degree qualification in Marketing and/or minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
* Ability to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong project management skills and execution experience across multiple projects.
* Ability to be able to manage conflicting priorities, identifying opportunities that best encompass the direction of the brand.
* High attention to detail, organised and the ability to multitask under pressure working on several campaigns simultaneously.
