About the Role

This position focuses on driving client success and implementation planning, ensuring our agency's briefs and values are represented and inspired throughout the organization. The successful candidate will deliver services and products that drive marketing-led growth for our clients.

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, with a solid understanding of traditional media channels and excellent client relationship skills.


Key Responsibilities

* Implementation Planning: Prepare responses that reflect client business needs and maximize return on investment.
* Brief Interrogation: Apply relevant tools to translate briefs into implementation recommendations.
* Evidenced-Based Planning: Provide responses with relevant data application and past campaign learnings.
* Digital Opportunities: Consider all digital opportunities in implementation strategy and planning solutions.


Technical Skills and Qualifications

* Client Relationship Management: Participate in training and development to enhance emerging connection opportunities.
* Implementation Planning: Prepare responses that reflect client business needs and maximize return on investment.
* Brief Interrogation: Apply relevant tools to translate briefs into implementation recommendations.
* Evidenced-Based Planning: Provide responses with relevant data application and past campaign learnings.
* Digital Opportunities: Consider all digital opportunities in implementation strategy and planning solutions.
* Campaign Tracking and Optimization: Facilitate weekly tracking and optimization of bought campaigns.


Experience and Qualifications

* Background: 3-4 years' experience from a media agency, advertising, or publishing background.
* Media Channels: Solid understanding of traditional media channels.
* Strategic Thinking: Excellent client relationship skills.
* Attention to Detail: Attention to detail/accuracy.
* Multitasking: Ability to multi-task and manage multiple and shifting priorities.
