Senior Front of House Manager Role
Versatile and dynamic hospitality leader required to oversee front of house operations at a prominent entertainment hub. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring venue teams, cultivating a fun-first culture, and supporting the venue general manager in achieving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading by example, clearing tables, and jumping behind the bar to show staff how it's done.
* Mentoring venue teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Cultivating a fun-first culture and encouraging up-selling.
* Supporting the venue general manager with managing labour costs, COGs, and ensuring front of house profitability.
* Championing excellence in the amusement department, running the redemption store, and maintaining equipment.
* Running excellent events and functions to provide clients with an exceptional in-venue experience.
* Recruiting and selecting exceptional team members.
* Representing the company as a brand ambassador, ensuring venues look their best and guests have an amazing time.
Requirements for this role include:
* Infectious enthusiasm and positivity.
* Proven experience in hospitality leadership.
* Understanding of financials and ability to manage budgets.
* Can-do attitude and hands-on approach.
* Valid RSA and approved managers card.
* Previous experience in an arcade or bowling environment is highly desirable.
