Airtable SME (System/Business Process Analyst)
- $100-140k + Superannuation /Day

- Eastern Suburbs (FULLY ONSITE)
The Airtable SME will help fully integrate Airtable with all applications, serving as a CRM for this small sized organisation. Providing vital system and business support, automating processes, and internal tool development.
Technical Skills:
- Expert Proficiency in Airtable: You must be able to build complex bases, utilise advanced features (linked records, lookups, rollups), create sophisticated formulas, and ensure optimal data modeling.
- Automation Tool Experience: Hands-on experience building multi-step workflows with a no-code automation platform like Zapier or Make is essential.
- Systems Thinking: Strong analytic and process-driven skills to map out current workflows, design automated alternatives, and troubleshoot complex data or integration issues.
- Preferred Bonus Skills: Experience with Airtable Scripting (JavaScript), other no-code platforms (e.g., Softr, Webflow), or prior experience managing systems in a small business environment.
In this role, you will:
- Design and Deploy Systems: Structure, build, and deploy all current Airtable Bases and Tables, ensuring data quality and alignment with relational database best practices.
- Automate Workflows: Create, test, and manage all process automation within Airtable and across integrated systems to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
- Build Interfaces: Utilise Airtable's Interface Designer to create custom, role-specific dashboards, reports, and data entry forms for all internal teams.
- Integrate Software: Design and implement seamless integrations between Airtable and other key business software (CRM, email marketing, etc.).
- Consult and Strategies: Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Airtable, consulting with department heads to scope and prioritize recent operational requirements.
- Document and Train: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials (guides, workshops) to empower team members to effectively use the new systems.
- Innovate with AI: Explore and deploy Airtable's AI capabilities (Omni, Field Agents) to enhance data analysis and content workflows when appropriate.
