As a site-based Senior Planner, you will support the Project Controls / Planning team while playing a critical role in the development, coordination, and monitoring of detailed construction schedules and programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain accurate project schedules to ensure timely completion.
* Create and manage master programmes using industry-standard planning tools such as Primavera P6.
* Collaborate with on-site disciplines to gather input, validate progress, and forecast future works.
* Identify critical paths, constraints, and risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
* Monitor project progress against baseline programmes, analysing deviations and reporting impacts.
* Provide regular updates, including look-ahead programmes, progress reports, and dashboard summaries.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Senior Planner, ideally on EPC/construction projects.
* Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6.
* Strong knowledge of project controls, critical path analysis, and earned value management.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work a 19:9 rotation to site (FIFO).
