About the Role:
We are seeking a creative and vibrant hospitality connoisseur with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences whilst delivering a LUXE standard of customer service to our guests.
As the Assistant Manager, you will lead and mentor the Guest Experience team, ensuring a smooth and seamless guest experience. Your passion for the guest journey will be natural and personable, fulfilling our 'Heartist' philosophy and inspiring the team around you. You like to know people, and dig for the treasure when talking to guests enabling you to create personal touchpoints throughout their stay. This role is NOT a typical Front Office role, we go that extra mile, think outside the box and create peak moments for our guests they will not find anywhere else!
Duties & Responsibilities:
This is an active front of house position involving:
- Enhancing and building the Guest Experience department in conjunction with the Guest Experience Manager
- Ensuring the team is on track each day with clear direction and support
- Exceptional attention to detail whilst building positive relationships with guest
- Proactively seeking new opportunities to build thrill & memorable guest experiences
- Assist guests with any information requested
- Empower the team to continue to deliver genuine passion for service excellence!
- Lead, support, and train team members, ensuring staff represent brand and Hotel standards!
- Ability to multitask and accept fluidity in your role whilst ensuring exceptional attention to detail
- High level of creativity and artistry with local knowledge
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts including week-ends, nights and public holidays
- Immaculate presentation and grooming standards

- Outstanding passion to deliver excellent guest service
- Previous Hotel experience in Supervisor or Manager position
- Opera Property Management System experience
