The Role
This is an opportunity to partner with our business units and undertake best-practice recruitment processes to achieve efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.
* Understand business unit priorities and plan talent acquisition activities to achieve efficient and high-quality hiring outcomes.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for allocated vacancies, including job advertisements, shortlisting, phone screens, competency-based interviews, and pre-employment checks.
* Negotiate commencement salaries within agreed structures.
* Promote our employer brand in the internal and external talent marketplace.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related business disciplines.
* Demonstrated talent acquisition experience in a technically focused or related business.
* Strong business acumen and excellent organisational skills.
* Refined verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Human Resources Information Systems.
