Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, minimum 2-3 years in a senior sous or head chef role, exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, strong communication abilities, passion for cuisine, leadership capabilities, shift management expertise, personal grooming, knowledge of kitchen management, computer literacy, trade certification, first aid certification, and food safety certification.
