You will maintain oversight of transactional risks, compliance duties, master data accuracy, documented procedures, and effective stakeholder support.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:

Coordinate responses to internal/external audit requests and implement remediation actions to address findings. Identify, assess and manage operational risks (including fraud risk) and implement preventative and detective controls.
* Systems, reporting and continuous improvement: Act as the business owner for transactional workflows within relevant finance/procurement systems (e.g., ERP, invoice workflow tools, procurement portal), partnering with IT on enhancements and issue management. Develop and maintain a performance dashboard across AP, AR and procurement (e.g. invoice cycle time, backlog, first-time-right, debtor days, dispute cycle time, supplier query ageing). Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes, increase automation, improve controls and uplift stakeholder experience. Contribute to broader finance transformation initiatives impacting procure-to-pay processes.
