Key Responsibilities:
* Lead high-energy group fitness classes, including but not limited to cardio, strength, and flexibility training.
* Develop and implement creative and varied workout routines to keep participants engaged and motivated.
* Provide expert guidance and instruction on proper exercise techniques and form.
* Monitor and assess participant progress, adjusting workouts as needed to ensure maximum effectiveness.
* Create a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and promotes and sense of community among members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid ABN for your business.
* Certificate III in Fitness.
* CPR & First Aid certification (must be current).
* Working With Children Check
* Carry Public Liability Insurance.
* Hold General Liability Insurance.
* Experience in Group Fitness Instruction.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A positive attitude and a passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals.
