About the opportunity
Central Coast Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Service Technician to join our established service team which services only the Central Coast and Southern Lake Macquarie.
Candidates must have a minimum 2 years of air conditioning service experience.
As part of our team, this full-time role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to apply their diagnostic expertise, while mentoring apprentices in the service, maintenance, and repair of both residential and commercial systems in a fast-paced and supportive environment on the Coast.
What you'll be doing
* Lead and perform diagnostics, fault-finding, service, and repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems.
* Provide technical guidance and mentor apprentices, sharing your expertise in troubleshooting, diagnostic/repairs and maintenance.
* Support our office team by providing detailed job notes and photos to keep projects running smoothly.
* Build strong client relationships by delivering professional, reliable, and high-quality service on-site. We take looking after our clients seriously.
* Ensure all work meets company, industry, and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
What we're looking for
* This role is for an experienced HVAC Service Technician.
* Have a genuine interest in HVAC service and repairs.
* Proven experience in servicing and repairing a variety of air conditioning systems.
* Diagnostic and problem-solving abilities and a solid mechanical aptitude.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to liaise with both our office team and clients on a daily basis.
* You will have a strong work ethic and will strive to meet deadlines.

* Driver's Licence
* Construction White Card
* ARCTICK Licence (Full)
* NSW Air Conditioning Supervisor Licence
* EWP Yellow Card (Advantage)
