Our office is looking for an individual with ability to multi-task in this fast-paced environment.
If you are a recent graduate with limited experience but with initiative & desire to achieve professional experience and exposure to the trust account area, then this is the right place for you to join.
This is a full time role but hours can be flexible (Monday-Friday).
Key Responsibilities:
· Accounts payable and account reconciliations
· Assisting with the settlement and post-sale process, including confirming vendor bank details
· Processing invoices, reconciling payments, and managing vendor marketing finance queries.
· Recording agent expenses
· Assisting property management with accounts and rental arrears.
· General administrative tasks
About You
· Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role is ideal but no required.
· Fresh graduate forClerk role, or minimum 2 years' proven accounting experience is ideal but no required.
· Ideal for Bachelor/Master Degree in Commerce or Business, major in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
· Clear communicator with a positive, team-focused attitude
· Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
