What You’ll Be Doing Lead budgeting and forecasting for all supply chain cost areas, including manufacturing, procurement, freight and logistics Analyse manufacturing performance, purchase price variances, and month‑end results to identify cost drivers and improvement opportunities Translate financial data into practical insights for non‑finance stakeholders Build, enhance, and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reporting Partner with procurement to monitor supplier performance and evaluate sourcing opportunities Support inventory management, demand planning and the S&OP process Drive compliance with financial policies and contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and planning processes Our Benefits Up to $1,000 net annually to cover private health extras gap costs Exclusive discounts on DuluxGroup products and partner offers Stay active anytime, anywhere through our partnership with Fitness Passport 20 weeks paid parental leave (primary carers) and 2 weeks partner leave from day one Market leading learning, development and career pathways Access to our Wellbeing Hub and full EAP support Recognition programs that celebrate your impact What We’re Looking For 3–7 years’ experience in financial analysis within supply chain, manufacturing, or cost accounting Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field and CA, CPA or CIMA qualifications highly regarded Advanced Excel modelling and analytical capability Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, TM1) and strong ERP exposure (SAP experience preferred) Excellent organisation, prioritisation, and time‑management skills Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across teams Positive, solutions‑focused attitude with a hands‑on approach Why Join Us?
