Our National Service Team is seeking an experienced Service Coordinator or Planner to join us in Blacktown, supporting the management of our operations across New South Wales.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as the main point of contact between our customers and our team, ensuring clear communication and smooth operations.
* Coordinating and managing service resources, supporting our Field Service Technicians in delivering quality service.
* Listening to customer requests and develop practical service plans, taking responsibility for seeing them through to completion.
* Making informed decisions within established guidelines to resolve customer issues efficiently.
* Overseeing the entire customer journey from initial enquiry and scheduling, through to service delivery, invoicing, and payment.
To succeed, you will need
* Proven experience in Service Coordination with a strong understanding of all planning and customer service functions within a department.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organisational abilities.
* Ability to demonstrate a flexible, professional demeanour with a proactive "can do" attitude and a commitment to continuous learning.
* Proficiency in Software like Word and Excel, SAP experience is beneficial.
* An aptitude for learning new processes, systems and applications.
