About the Role: This is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work exclusively with one of our top-performing sales teams, supporting their continued success across all facets of administration, marketing, and digital presence. Balancing administrative excellence with creative expression, this role supports the sales team’s day-to-day success while managing and developing their online presence through engaging content. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-level administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless campaign management from appraisal through to settlement. Prepare listing documentation, client correspondence, vendor reports, and marketing collateral with exceptional attention to detail. Manage inspection, auction, and campaign meeting calendars Liaise with vendors, solicitors, and buyers for a seamless transaction process Create, plan, and post engaging content across the team’s social media channels, showcasing listings, results, and lifestyle stories that reflect the team’s and Marshall White’s brand values. Capture and edit photos and videos for social platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards. Track engagement analytics and contribute creative ideas for digital growth and audience engagement. Assist with personal and out-of-office tasks as required Key Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Demonstrated experience with real estate systems and procedures Outstanding time management, organisational, and prioritisation skills A confident communicator with a proactive mindset and strong client focus. A creative flair for social media content creation and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Proactive approach with high attention to detail and strong initiative Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong work ethic Passion for real estate with excellent accuracy in both detail and grammar Professional presentation and a genuine passion for real estate and marketing.
