About The Role
The QIC Coordinator plays a central role in promoting a genuine culture of Continuous Quality Improvement throughout Carpentaria. The QIC Coordinator is instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency, elevating quality standards, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and standards, and identifying and acting on practical ways to do things better. You will ensure staff understand what they need to do to meet NDIS, Out of Home Care and Aged Care Standards, keeping people safe (safeguarding) and maintain good quality services. You will also have experience in policy and procedure development along with maintaining client record systems to ensure operational excellence.
In Addition, You Must Be Able To Demonstrate
* Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience (disability / ageing / mental health / youth or relevant discipline)
* Experience in delivering continuous quality improvement actives the provision of effective feedback, and the development of compliance resources.
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills for data interpretation and process
* Detail oriented with strong organisational and project management skills
