Deliver a great customer experience across the store
This role is responsible for delivering a consistent and positive customer experience across the store.
You will work across all retail departments, assisting customers, maintaining presentation standards, and ensuring the store is clean, organised, and running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be part of a team that supports both retail and trade customers day-to-day.
What You Own
Customer Experience
* Greet and assist customers on the retail floor
* Provide product advice and recommendations
* Ensure every customer interaction is helpful, friendly, and efficient
* Support trade and retail customers as required
Sales & Transactions
* Process transactions accurately at the checkout
* Handle payments and customer enquiries confidently
* Support smooth and efficient front counter operations
Store Presentation & Stock
* Restock shelves and maintain product displays
* Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well presented at all times
* Assist with stocktakes and inventory processes
* Support stock movement and general store organisation
Team & Store Support
* Work across all departments as required
* Support in-store promotions and events
* Assist with general store duties as part of one team
* Contribute to a positive and productive team environment

Employment Details
* Casual position for the first 12 months
* Opportunity to transition to part-time or full-time based on performance and business needs
* Rostered hours 15 - 30
* Must be available to work weekends and public holidays
* Completion of required training (TTHG e-learning)
* Employment may be subject to a pre-employment medical
