Responsibilities include:Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals and budgets.Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms.Analyze pricing data and supplier performance for informed decisions.Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring compliance.Collaborate with hotel departments to meet their needs efficiently.Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory.Implement inventory control systems to optimize stock levels.Generate reports on procurement activities, expenditures, and supplier performance.Stay updated on industry trends and regulations in procurement and supply chain management.QualificationsMinimum 1-3 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain management. Skills required include negotiation, vendor management, experience with procurement software (preferably Purchase Plus), excellent communication, and knowledge of industry regulations.
