Your role in a nutshell
As a Store Manager, you are an inspirational leader who drives the store and the team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results, and engaging customer experience.
Key Duties
* Customer Experience – shape a customer focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life.
* Performance – control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organising skills.
* Operations – manage exceptional stock and monitor/handle change.
* Expertise – maintain full knowledge of the beauty market, competitors, and passion for the products.
* Teamwork and People Management – communicate confidently, manage a team in accordance with store needs, and attract and retain people who reflect the brand.
