Role Description
The Director of Business Development will oversee strategies for expanding the organization's client base, fostering partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing business plans, managing client accounts, negotiating contracts, and leading efforts to generate leads. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sunshine Coast, QLD, requiring strong leadership and strategic thinking to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
* Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
* Proficiency in Business Planning and Account Management to maintain relationships and develop long‐term strategies
* Strong proficiency in Contract Negotiation to secure mutually beneficial agreements
* Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‐solving abilities
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
* Proven track record of achieving business growth targets and fostering partnerships
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
* Previous experience in a leadership role within the business development domain is an advantage
