This dynamic position offers the opportunity to drive new business opportunities within NDIS, Aged Care, and Home Care, expanding our client base in the Perth region.
Based in our Perth office, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalising on sales prospects to support our strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively prospect and generate new clients leads through various channels including networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
* Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present tailored healthcare solutions
* Negotiate and close new business deals, ensuring client satisfaction and retention
* Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
* Maintain detailed records of all business development activities and provide regular progress reports
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new product/service developments
What we're looking for
* Proven track record in new business development, preferably within the healthcare industry i.e NDIS and aged care.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence potential clients
* Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
* Familiarity with the healthcare regulatory environment and industry best practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets
* Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Proficient in using CRM systems and sales/marketing tools
