The Human Resources Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality, timely operational HR support and guidance to senior leaders, managers, and staff across the region.
This encompasses managing recruitment activities, providing expert advice on workforce management, job descriptions, and compliance with relevant legislation and directives.
As an internal consultant, you will collaborate closely with other HR Officers to ensure the region's vacancies are filled efficiently and aligned with departmental policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities
* Independently undertake operational recruitment tasks, applying knowledge of recruitment and selection policies to achieve successful outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with selection panels, providing confident and informed advice to guide decision-making, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and uphold fair and transparent processes that align with business needs.
* Assist with establishment management, remuneration, and conditions, while maintaining accurate HR systems and documentation.
* Prepare and manage HR forms and documentation with precision.
Requirements
