Key Responsibilities May Include:
* Conducting detailed financial modelling and feasibility assessments
* Analysing market trends and providing insights to support investment decisions
* Supporting acquisition and divestment strategies
* Preparing asset performance reports and stakeholder presentations
* Working closely with senior leadership on portfolio strategy and development planning
We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a property analyst or investment analyst role
* Strong financial modelling capabilities and proficiency in Excel and/or property-specific software (e.g. Argus, EstateMaster, MRI, Forbury)
* Deep understanding of property markets, valuation methods, and key financial metrics
* Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Relevant qualifications in Property, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* A commercially minded professional with a passion for real estate
