About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and executing marketing activities across social media, websites, email campaigns, and digital content. This is a hands-on role where you will create, coordinate, and optimise marketing assets to support client engagement and business growth.
This role offers hybrid working conditions — with the flexibility to work from both our office and home.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management
* Create and schedule posts for social media, EDMs, and blogs.
* Manage a content calendar aligned with deadlines, business updates, and events.
* Create, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social platforms and websites (Adobe Premiere desirable).
* Capture and edit photos for use in social media and EDMs.
* Support visual design needs using Canva (with the help of a graphic designer).
Website & SEO
* Update and maintain website content with SEO best practices.
* Conduct keyword and competitor research to optimise performance in Google searches.
Email Marketing & Database
* Draft and distribute EDMs including updates, events, and business insights.
* Maintain clean and compliant mailing lists.
Analytics & Reporting
* Monitor campaign performance across web, email, and social.
* Prepare reports with insights and recommendations to guide strategy.
Social Media & Engagement
* Manage community interaction on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
* Stay across trends to keep content relevant and compliant.
Collaboration
* Work closely with internal teams across accounting, events, property, and business coaching.
* Liaise with agencies or freelancers to ensure branding remains consistent.

About You
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* 2–3 years' plus experience in digital marketing or content coordination.
* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
* Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere preferred).
* Familiarity with SEO and website management (Word Press/Squarespace ideal).
* A creative mindset with excellent organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
