Early Childhood Leader
About the Role:
* Lead and support a dedicated team of educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education and care
* Ensure the service operates in accordance with regulatory requirements
* Build strong relationships with families, staff, and external stakeholders
* Oversee curriculum delivery, staffing, enrolments, and daily centre operations
* Support professional development and performance of educators
* Maintain compliance, documentation, and risk management standards
* Promote a nurturing, inclusive, and child-focused learning environment
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement educational programs that align with EYLF and NQF
* Foster a positive and supportive work culture among staff members
* Cultivate partnerships with families and the community to enhance the educational experience
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
* Experience as a Nominated Supervisor, Centre Director or 2IC
* Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQF and the Assessment & Rating process
* Strong leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
* A passion for early education and creating a positive team culture
