About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to join our team on a retirement living project. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to step into a new challenge, working alongside an experienced site team.
Responsibilities:
* Initiate and manage workflows for services coordination, shop drawing coordination, observations, and defects using Procore.
* Manage site inductions with subcontractors/trades.
* Manage all subcontractor scope of works.
* Manage project RFI's in Procore, ensuring timely close out.
* Manage Council and Authorities permit applications, building permit inspections.
* Assist with issuing notices, procurement, invoicing, and variations management.
* Liaise with suppliers on procurement lead time and meet delivery deadlines.
About You:
* Rigorously educated in construction-related disciplines.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position within commercial construction.
* Exceptional organisational and administrative skills.
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
* Able to thrive in a team environment and work autonomously.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry-related software packages.
* Working knowledge of Procore software is essential.
