As the Technical Key Account Manager your role will be to nurture key accounts, develop sales of technical solutions and ensure all of the companies products are working to optimal performance.
As they
**Technical Key Account Manager** you will be responsible for:
- Be the first point of contact for the client in regards to all technical inquiries.
- Actively nurture and develop existing key accounts.
- Conduct regular site visits and audits of clients conveyor operations to highlight areas of improvement.
- Regularly engage to provide product updates, industry insights and innovative conveyor solutions.
**A little bit about you**:
- 5+ years experience within the mining resource and bulk handling sectors (Conveyors exp preferred).
- Experience in a customer support role within the mining industry.
- A strong commitment to a customer focused culture.
- A passion for working with the Australian and International mining industries.
