The Executive Assistant to the CEO/Board of Directors is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team members and managing the organization's office operations, including working both remotely and on premises at Jellen Enterprises Inc. stores. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Replenish office materials such as printer supplies, paper, office supplies, etc.
Provide event management support as requested.
Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment.
Answer business calls and respond to inquiries.
Process and distribute daily mail.
Invest in building long-lasting relationships both externally and internally.
Manage petty cash reimbursements and reconciliation.
Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall wellness of the company.
Qualifications
Are you willing and able to commute to our office?
This position may require you to work certain evenings (for marketing/events) and/or Saturdays. Can you work this schedule?
Do you hold a valid driver's license?
Are you willing to complete a background check of felony convictions?
