Kingston State School has an exciting Coach position to join our team. You will lead the development, implementation and review of teaching and strategies across Prep to Year 6.

Your opportunity As The Coach, You Will
* Lead and coordinate the coaching and mentoring of staff, develop collegiality and build a learning and development culture
* Assume a role within the Leadership team to develop and implement strategies, relating to targets set out within strategic planning
* Develop teacher capability and provide professional development that is needs based and provides on-going support for teachers
* Improve student outcomes by modelling quality teaching and/or programs across all year levels
This position is due to start 23rd March 2026 and will go for a twelve month period.
