We are looking for an experienced accountant to join the team. Someone who's confident with tax compliance, familiar with complex family groups, and wants to do meaningful work in a business that values relationships just as much as results.
This role is open to discussion, full-time, part-time, or somewhere in between. While we're based in Griffith, we're open to a hybrid setup for the right person and ideally want someone local who can work from the office when needed.
We work with Xero and XPM and we use a mix of tech-stacks to keep things running efficiently. You'll need to be confident learning new software and comfortable managing shifting priorities, juggling tasks and using your time well as things move very quickly.
You will be working across companies, trusts, partnerships, and sole traders, and ideally you'll have at least two years' experience working in tax and compliance, with some exposure to family groups or multi-entity structures. A broad understanding of how small businesses operate is also important.
We work closely as a team and keep each other in the loop. So we're looking for someone proactive, clear in communication and happy to take ownership of their work while contributing to a collaborative environment.
Remuneration will depend on your experience, availability and the scope of the role.
